• JAVIER is an international consultant and speaker in human resources. He specializes in Human Resources competencies models and leadership.  
• He is the Director of MARTHA ALLES International and has given more than 500 conferences in more than 17 countries in Latin America.
• He is the principal collaborator of Dr. Alles and the only professional certified by Martha Alles to implement the methodology.
• He has implemented more than 250 Competencies Models for different companies in Argentina, Ecuador, the United States, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Guatemala, Chile, Panama, Honduras, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic,  Venezuela and Vietnam.
• He has more than 24 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Hiring, Training and Talent Development.
• He is Argentinian-American, married and a proud father of two children.
• Enthusiastic fan of River Plate (Soccer) from Argentina.
